The Art of Play was accredited under the highest national accreditation standard for family child care, NAFCC, meeting standards of best practice in child development and health and safety practices until 2021 when we voluntarily decided not to invest in this accreditation. Although no longer officially accredited under NAFCC the Art of Play still maintains their high standards of quality.
The Art of Play holds the highest rating achievement as a Keystone STARS star 4 facility among child care and nursery school programs in the state of Pennsylvania.

The Art of Play's teacher is a graduate of Liberty University receiving her Bachelors in Early Childhood Education, Master of Education Early Childhood Education, and Masters in Preschool Certification. She holds a PA teaching license for nursery and kindergarten as a private academic teacher.
The Art of Play's teacher is a trained behavior therapist with Early Intervention serving children in the early years. By incorporating her years of experience and knowledge of early childhood development your teacher is able to conduct authentic assessments and link them to your child's individual development plan for school readiness.

The Art of Play believes in helping parents and children form a close bond and to do this parents are given the opportunity to learn valuable parent child massage techniques to help foster strong connections. Your lead teacher is a certified Newborn/ Infant Massage Instructor that is able to teach parent child classes from century old techniques originating from India.
